When buying goods and services on the internet you are entering a legally binding contract. UK law is the applicable law. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If any provision in this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. Any waiver of a breach of this Agreement or variation of this agreement must be in writing and signed on behalf of Naturallydoesit. Naturallydoesit reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

All written correspondence and packages should be addressed to Naturallydoesit, Streatham Cottage, Wardhedges, Flitton, Beds MK45 5ED.


Order Process

Select the product you would like to purchase and click 'Add to cart' to add the item to your shopping cart. Check your order details then select 'continue' if you would like to add more items to your order. Once you have added all the items you would like to purchase select checkout and check your order details. You will then be given three options: Log in if you are a returning customer, register as a new customer or purchase without creating an account. Choose one and then enter your personal details. Check your delivery information and shipping method and then select 'continue'. Select your payment method and confirm your order details. If you are making an online payment you will then be taken to Worldpay to make your payment. Once your payment has been completed you will return to the Naturallydoesit site. All Naturallydoesit online transactions are carried out via Worldpay. Worldpay ensures the security and integrity of each transaction. If you are paying by cheque, please send a copy of your order together with your cheque, made payable to Naturallydoesit, to Naturallydoesit, Streatham Cottage, Wardhedges, Flitton, Beds MK45 5ED. We will send you an email acknowledging your order within 24hrs.

Payment and delivery

Once payment has been received, we aim to despatch the goods the same day for orders received before 2.00pm on any working day. If goods are not available, we will inform you within 7 days. A revised date for delivery of the goods may be offered to you. If we are unable to offer a revised date for delivery or you choose not to accept the revised date we will refund any money paid in relation to the contract.

Customers are strongly advised to check suitability of products before ordering. Please note Naturallydoesit does not sell products on a trial basis.

Naturallydoesit standard terms of payment are before delivery, and these terms will apply except in the case of transactions where different terms are agreed in writing.

You undertake that:
(a) all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered on our web site are correct, and
(b) the credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from us is your own card or your company's card, that you are authorized to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services you order from us.

Returns policy

Cancellation of orders by consumers can only be accepted in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Cancellation must be effected by sending a written notice of cancellation by post to Naturallydoesit, Streatham Cottage, Wardhedges, Flitton, Beds MK45 5ED. The notice of cancellation must be delivered within 7 working days after the day of delivery of the goods.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if he or she exercises this right of cancellation under the Regulations. If the customer does not actually return the goods to Naturallydoesit, the customer is under a duty to make the goods available for collection at the customer's expense from the address to which they were delivered.

The customer is under a duty to retain possession of the goods whilst awaiting return to Naturallydoesit and to take reasonable care of them during this period. The customer will be liable for any loss of or damage to the goods if he or she fails to comply with this obligation.

Return of faulty goods

Naturallydoesit is committed to providing customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases please follow the instructions given below to obtain a refund. Subject to testing to verify any defect, we will accept the return of a defective item for full refund if the goods are returned within 7 days of delivery.

Contact Naturallydoesit explaining the problem and a returns authorisation letter will be sent to you. Return the product in appropriate packing along with the authorisation letter to Naturallydoesit, Streatham Cottage, Wardhedges, Flitton, Beds MK45 5ED.

Naturallydoesit will advise you of which method of delivery to use to return the products. Depending on the nature of the product purchased, we will either arrange a courier collection, or request that you return the product directly to us at the address given above.

Naturallydoesit cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to insure the goods for their full value.

On receipt of the returned product, we will examine it to identify the fault you have notified to us. If following the examination process, the product is found to be defective, we will contact you to find out whether you would like the product replaced or a full refund. If it is found to be the case that the goods are not faulty then shipping costs will not be refunded.

Errors and Omissions

Every effort is made to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on this website are correct and accurate. However, in the event of an error or omission, Naturallydoesit will be entitled to rescind the contract, notwithstanding that it has already accepted the customer's order and/or received payment from the customer. Naturallydoesit's liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money the customer has paid in respect of the order.
